Went to RCIA again last night, although next week I'm probably going to do something with my friends for Halloween so I'm going to miss that one. Last night we discussed Mary and the Saints.
I don't know about you guys, but as we were discussing them I was just struck by the saints and the idea that I have all this family in heaven who can pray for me. I know thats one thing that our protestant brothers and sisters don't see eye to eye with us on, but I just love that thought.

I'm between two parishes; one in Wisconsin that is fairly traditional, and one in Illinois that is fairly liberal. I teach CCD. I work in the food service industry, which basically means I'm working in fast food until I find a better job. I'd like to work for the church somehow.
