Update and Name that Christmas Song

Thanks to everyone for the well wishes for my Dad. He had major surgery on Monday the 15th. He should be coming home in the next few days, but not by Christmas as we had hoped. After he gets out of the hospital I should be feeling more like blogging. There really hasn't been a reason why I couldn't blog the past week or so other than I really just haven't felt like it. We spend a lot of time visiting him at the hospital, and when we get home I don't feel like doing a whole lot.

I did want to post the answers for my Name That Christmas Song post, in case anyone was playing.

It makes sense. And the weather maybe hadn't helped. :P

About Me

My photo
Catholic and politically conservative, I graduated with a BA in History (concentration in American) and Political Science. I'm between two parishes; one in Wisconsin that is fairly traditional, and one in Illinois that is fairly liberal. I teach CCD. I work in the food service industry, which basically means I'm working in fast food until I find a better job. I'd like to work for the church somehow. Right now I'm working on getting my teaching certification, although I'm unsure thats the correct path for me. This blog is as random as I am. I hope you enjoy.
