So Archbishop Timothy Dolan came to our parish today for the memorial mass for our priest who passed away one year ago tomorrow (12th). As usual I make a nuisance of myself with my camera.
Here's some of the pictures I took, since I'm tired I think I'll do any writing tomorrow and just leave you with the pictures tonight.
Catholic and politically conservative, I graduated with a BA in History (concentration in American) and Political Science. I'm between two parishes; one in Wisconsin that is fairly traditional, and one in Illinois that is fairly liberal. I teach CCD. I work in the food service industry, which basically means I'm working in fast food until I find a better job. I'd like to work for the church somehow. Right now I'm working on getting my teaching certification, although I'm unsure thats the correct path for me.
This blog is as random as I am. I hope you enjoy.
I love You, O my God, and my only desire is to love You until the last breath of my life. I love You, O my infinitely lovable God, and I would rather die loving You, than live without loving You. I love You, Lord and the only grace I ask is to love You eternally....My God, if my tongue cannot say in every moment that I love You, I want my heart to repeat it to You as often as I draw breath.

Good photos. He seems to be rather traditional judging by the vestments and the clerical garments of the altar servers.
I think he does the best he can. Weakland really messed up the archdiocese, it will take many years for Milwaukee to be normal.
