More Benedict and the Plight of Christian Converts

Well, I'm a bad blogger, or I have bad blogger etiquette. I followed a link from someone's blog to another blog and I'm going to link to that second blog, but I've now forgotten which the first blog was so I can't link to them and their post that originally followed (sorry whoever it was... Mea Culpa)

Unam Sanctam has two really good posts up. One is a wonderful collection of pictures from Benedict's Trip to Turkey. This is one of the best collections I've seen so far. The other is about the plight of Christian converts in Malayasia.

Hello!

Thank you for asking to take part in the 2007 Saint for the Year Devotion. I pray that through this devotion, all participants ultimately grow closer to God. You were chosen by St. Basil the Great.

Please let me know that you receive this message as well as any connections between your saint and you that you would like to share.

There ya are. Glad to see you can comment.

I did just switch to the word verification the other day since I was getting ads in my comments, maybe that was causing a problem.

About Me

My photo
Catholic and politically conservative, I graduated with a BA in History (concentration in American) and Political Science. I'm between two parishes; one in Wisconsin that is fairly traditional, and one in Illinois that is fairly liberal. I teach CCD. I work in the food service industry, which basically means I'm working in fast food until I find a better job. I'd like to work for the church somehow. Right now I'm working on getting my teaching certification, although I'm unsure thats the correct path for me. This blog is as random as I am. I hope you enjoy.
