How do you all tend to deal with matters relating in your parish and your blog? Do you write about the things that are troubling you? Or do you instead keep quiet about them online and work within the parish to do something?
In the past I have been critical of priests and the parish online, and then later regretted it. Not because what I said was wrong, but I felt maybe it was not my place to complain to the world about it. Perhaps instead of writing in complaint of the actions of our priests we should pray even more. But then again the other part of me says to tell others what is going on and seek their advice.
I'm also paused by it all because in the end I can be traced back to the parish. I'm actually between two parishes in two different states, and I think I've done a fairly good job of keeping the one parish a secret, but I have not been so about the other. And I just don't want to make trouble, for myself, for others, or the parish.
What is your advice o blogging world?

About Me
- catholicandgop
- Catholic and politically conservative, I graduated with a BA in History (concentration in American) and Political Science. I'm between two parishes; one in Wisconsin that is fairly traditional, and one in Illinois that is fairly liberal. I teach CCD. I work in the food service industry, which basically means I'm working in fast food until I find a better job. I'd like to work for the church somehow. Right now I'm working on getting my teaching certification, although I'm unsure thats the correct path for me. This blog is as random as I am. I hope you enjoy.

I don't know. I lean towards keeping quiet about it online.
